We offer free delivery to UK Mainland. Deliveries to remote Scottish regions, Northern Ireland, Channel Islands, Isle of Man, and the Isle of Wight will be charged at £9.99 Please call or e-mail if you think your postcode may fall into this category.
We are happy to deliver overseas. Please call our sales team for a competitive quotation.
Delivery is usually within 5- 7 days providing your rug is a stock item. Should your rug need to be re-ordered this may take from 5 – 10 days. On the rare occasion that a rug may be out of stock, and take longer to deliver, Couture Rugs would email you, offering an alternative or the option to cancel should you not wish to wait that long.

Yes, when your rug is ready to be despatched a delivery tracking number is e-mailed to you allowing you to track the progress of your delivery online and see what day it is due to arrive. We generally use Parcelforce so you can be assured of peace of mind.
